The following six (6) documents have to be prepared on employer’s letter head attested first by the local chamber of commerce followed by the nearest Nepal Embassy or Consulate and then couriered to us.
- Demand Letter
This is the document specifying the demand for employees with details of salary, job, food, accommodation, overtime, duration of job etc.Power of Attorney
The document specifies the fact that D.A. Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. has the Power of Attorney to represent your company for this particular project.3. Guarantee Letter
This documents provides guarantee that the workers will be employed as per the original demand letter4. Agency Agreement Letter
This is the documents that shows the mutual agreement between your company and D.A. Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. for this particular project5. Employment/Contract Paper
This is the document in which there is employment agreement between the employees and employer.6. Guarantee and Undertaking
This document provides legal validity to all of the documents attached and agree to undertake all the responsibility of the employees by the employer company.
