Documentation Process

Demand Letter:

A copy of the employer’s demand letter outlining the vacancy demand. The demand should include information on the sort of employee needed, the nature and quantity of employees, wages/salaries, credentials, prior work experience, and other terms and conditions of benefits and services the business would like to provide.

Power of Attorney:

A duplicate of the power of attorney that the overseas employer officially authenticated, attested, and issued in his favor to the recruitment agent.

Letter of Guarantee:

This letter offers assurance that the worker will be hired in accordance with the demand letter.

Agency Agreement:

 This is the contract, signed and stamped by both the employer and DA Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. for the specific project.

Employment Contract:

An illustration of an employment contract or service agreement between an employer and an employee that details the salary to be offered and the benefits schedule, including housing, food, medical care, insurance, and paid time off.
